Our all-natural Sleeptime Honey is designed to help you relax and support your mind and body while you sleep throughout the night.

How to use:

Let rest begin: Take 2 teaspoons of Just Bee Sleeptime Honey (= 1 serving) 30 to 60 minutes before bed.

We love to make a dreamy drink by stirring 2 teaspoons of this honey into hot water or hot milk. You can also eat it straight off the spoon!

Pure wildflower honey:

Honey has been used in sleep elixirs for centuries¹. We have taken pure wildflower honey and carefully blended it with three vitamins and botanicals. 

Valerian Root Extract:

(150mg per serving, equivalent to 450mg Valerian Root) Valerian Root is the root of the Valerian plant. Valerian is another ingredient which has been traditionally used all the way back to the ancient Greeks.

 Vitamin B12:

(2.5μg / 100% RI* per serving) Studies show that Vitamin B12 is helpful for regulating sleep-wake cycles.

Lavender:

The smell and taste of lavender is perfect for a bedtime drinks.

Ingredients: Pure honey, Valerian Extract (3%), Lavender Extract (0.25%), Vitamin B12.

Nutrition: (Typical values per 100g) Energy 1,360kJ / 320 Kcal, Carbohydrate 79g, of which is Sugar 75g, Vitamin B12 18.6μg, Fat, Fibre, Protein, Salt – All Negligible.

Vitamins & Botanicals: 

Each serving (2 teaspoons) contains:

• 150mg Valerian Extract (equivalent to 450mg Valerian Root)
• 2.5μg Vitamin B12

Store at room temperature. If honey sets, place the closed jar in a bowl of hot water until runny.
